What was initially a method of food preservation and sustenance during the long winters has became a staple for an entire nation. In this workshop, we will explore the intricate details of fermentation and traditional Korean spices and methodology with the chefs of Sunhee's in Troy. Participants will learn about the health benefits as well as methods of storing and eating kimchi, all while creating their very own jar to take home.
